For the three-month SMB trial:
Established business with 10–99 employees
Clear and verifiable operations with identifiable services or products
E-commerce stores (including Shopify stores) or traditional retail/service-based businesses
Personal coaches, consultants, or service practitioners with a professional website and active online presence
Local service businesses or "mom & pop" shops that can demonstrate legitimacy and operational stability
For the one-month SMB trial:
Small business with fewer than 10 employees (including solo operators)
Businesses using personal email domains (e.g., Gmail) as their primary contact”
Even if you don't use Notion or have tried it in the past, I'd encourage you to give the trial a shot. A lot of the times, people who use Notion once or twice (and then never again) still learn something valuable that they take back to their existing workspaces — I would count that as a win.
